Geoff Buell Chief Operating Officer Geoff Buell was named Chief Operating Officer in 2004. Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and has served at AJL Manufacturing since 1998. Geoff holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. He serves on a variety of community boards, including the Upstate Tooling and Manufacturing Association, and is a member of the American Society for Quality and the Rochester Business Alliance Executive Development Roundtable. Pat Powers Controller Pat Powers was named Controller in 2000. Pat has over 25 years of experience in accounting and business. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and an MBA from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. Pat is currently attending Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY for a Master's degree in Manufacturing Leadership. Vic Alloco Plant Manager Vic Alloco was named Plant Manager in 2004. Vic joined AJL Manufacturing in 1989, and has held various positions, including Lead Operator, Group Leader, and Assembly Supervisor. He has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years. He received training in manufacturing and leadership from Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. Rob Mitchell Engineering Manager Rob Mitchell was named Engineering Manager in 2004. Rob has served in AJL Manufacturing's engineering department for over 10 years. He has over 25 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer. Rob studied engineering at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY and Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. He is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Greg Johnson Quality Assurance Manager Greg Johnson joined AJL Manufacturing's quality department and was named Quality Assurance Manager in 2007. Greg has worked in the machine tool building field, and then the quality field for over 25 years. He has experience from product development to supply chain management and international manufacturing. He studied Industrial Technology at Alfred and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Mike Norton Production Control Manager Mike Norton was named Production Control Manager in 2002. He joined AJL Manufacturing in 1988, and has served in various manufacturing positions including Operator, Department Supervisor, and Master Scheduler. Mike has over 22 years of experience in manufacturing. Rick Ponticello VP, Marketing and Sales Rick Ponticello was named VP, Marketing and Sales in 1993. Rick has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and has served at AJL Manufacturing since 1986. He attended the American School of Drafting and Design and also Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY.
